電言神社 利用規約

本規約は、電言神社（以下「当サイト」といいます）が提供する参拝および言霊奉納サービス（以下「本サービス」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者の皆様（以下「参拝者」といいます）には、本規約に同意の上で本サービスをご利用いただきます。 These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the worship and offering services provided by Dengen Shrine (hereinafter referred to as "Site"). Users (hereinafter referred to as "Worshippers") must agree to these Terms to use the Service.

第1条（本サービスの性質）
Article 1 (Nature of Service)

本サービスは、デジタルの場において、皆様の祈りの成就をお祈りするものです。 This Service provides a digital space to pray for the fulfillment of your wishes.

なお、当サイトは宗教法人法に定める宗教団体ではなく、特定の宗教的効果や霊験を保証するものではありません。ただし、インターネット上の新しい精神性として、ユーザの願いを叶えたり、モチベーションを支えたりするものの存在を否定するものではありません。皆様の安寧を心より祈念いたします。 Please note that this Site is not a religious organization defined by the Religious Corporations Act and does not guarantee specific religious effects or miracles. However, we do not deny the existence of a new spirituality on the Internet that fulfills users' wishes or supports their motivation. We sincerely pray for your peace and well-being.

第2条（お賽銭および決済）
Article 2 (Offerings and Payment)

参拝者は、お賽銭の有無にかかわらず参拝および言霊の入力を行うことができます。 Worshippers can offer prayers and enter words of prayer regardless of whether they make an offering (Saisen).

お賽銭の決済（以下「本決済」といいます）は、参拝完了後の「奉納完了専用メッセージ」の閲覧、およびそれに付随するデジタル奉納体験という役務の提供に対する対価として発生します。 Payment of the offering ("Payment") is made in exchange for the service of viewing the "Dedication Completion Message" and the accompanying digital offering experience after worship.

本決済により受領した代金は、電言神社の護持（ごじ）と運営のために活用させていただきます。 Funds received through Payment will be used for the maintenance and operation of Dengen Shrine.

お賽銭の金額は、参拝者が提供された選択肢の中から任意で選択、または入力するものとします。 The amount of the offering shall be voluntarily selected or entered by the Worshipper from the provided options.

第3条（返金および修正の禁止）
Article 3 (No Refunds or Modifications)

デジタルコンテンツの性質上、決済完了後のお賽銭の返金、および入力された言霊の修正・削除には、理由の如何を問わず一切応じられません。 Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds of offerings or modifications/deletions of entered words will be accepted for any reason after payment is completed.

通信環境の不備や操作ミスにより決済が重複した場合、または言霊が意図通りに表示されなかった場合についても、当サイトは返金義務を負わないものとします。 The Site shall not be obligated to refund payments even in cases of duplicate payments due to communication errors or operation mistakes, or if the words of prayer are not displayed as intended.

第4条（免責事項）
Article 4 (Disclaimer)

当サイトでは、フォームに入力された祈り（テキストデータ）をサーバーやデータベースに一切保存いたしません。
入力された内容は、参拝時の演出（画面上のアニメーション）としてのみ一時的に使用され、演出終了とともに消滅します。
したがって、第三者に祈りの内容が漏洩することはありませんが、インターネットの性質上、入力等の通信経路における安全性を完全に保証するものではありません。 We do not save any prayer text entered in the form to our servers or databases. The input is used temporarily for the animation on screen and disappears afterwards. While privacy is protected, we cannot guarantee complete security during transmission over the internet.

当サイトおよび運営者は、本サービスの利用、または利用できなかったことにより参拝者に生じたあらゆる損害（直接的、間接的、精神的苦痛、祈りが叶わなかったことによる損失、システム停止による機会損失等を含みますがそれに限定されません）について、その原因の如何を問わず、一切の責任を負いません。 The Site and its operators are not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, mental distress, etc.) arising from the use or inability to use this Service.

決済処理は外部の決済代行会社（Stripe）を通じて行われます。決済に関連するトラブル（カード情報の漏洩、不正利用等）については、当該決済代行会社と参拝者の間で解決するものとし、当サイトは一切の責任を負いません。 Payment processing is handled by an external provider (Stripe). Any payment-related issues shall be resolved between the Worshipper and the payment provider.

第5条（規約の変更）
Article 5 (Changes to Terms)

当サイトは、参拝者の承諾を得ることなく、いつでも本規約の内容を変更できるものとします。変更後の規約は、サイト上に掲載された時点より効力を生じるものとします。 The Site may modify these Terms at any time without prior consent. Modified terms become effective upon posting.
